No. Each desk is an AI assistant that handles one job, set up on your own accounts. It tells customers it's an AI assistant, and anything it can't handle goes to you or your team.
$499 setup and $79 a month per desk. Optional $199 a month care adds monthly tuning, new tasks and priority fixes. The AI account itself is in your name, usually about $20 a month paid by you.
