Service Terms
These terms apply when you buy a service or monthly plan from Upfront Consulting With Tiff & Reco LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("Upfront", "we"). Digital toolkits are covered by the license in each download.
Getting started
We contact you within 1 business day of payment to schedule. Work starts once we have the access or information listed in your confirmation.
Your data and accounts
We use your information only to deliver your service, and we never sell it. We never ask for your passwords: you add us as a user or manager on your own accounts and can remove us at any time. See our Privacy Notice.
Results
We give honest recommendations and do the work described for your service. We cannot guarantee specific sales, leads or revenue.
Ads
Ad spend is always charged by the ad platform to your own card, under a monthly cap you set in writing. It is never included in our fee.
Refunds and cancellation
- One-time services: full refund if you cancel before work starts; after that, refunds are prorated to unfinished work.
- Monthly plans: cancel with 30 days' notice. No refunds for partial months.
Limits
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in question (for monthly plans, the last 3 months). Neither side is liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Missouri law governs.
